Equipped with a solid quantitative training and intermediate level of programming languages (including R, SAS, and Python) used in data mining and business analytics, Stephanie is adept with integrating data from different sources, applying statistical methods to discover and interpret meaningful patterns and trends in data, and then communicating gained insights through building of business dashboards and data storytelling. Presently, Stephanie is working as a statistics tutor to both postgraduate and undergraduate students from various cultures and academic backgrounds. She has developed different approaches to clearly convey materials in ways that are easy to understand for students with diverse learning styles. She also embraces and supports a teamwork culture, where she acquires students’ feedback to improve her performance and encourages students to share knowledge and engage each other in their learning. His performance in both his Master and Bachelor degrees were excellent, thus he received scholarships. After attaining his Bachelor Degree, Mike gained experience as an iOS and Java EE programmer. He has experience developing applications on iPhones, systems by Java EE and collecting requirements from clients. He is also proficient in SQL, MySQL and SQLite database. Mike is a very good listener with great patience and professional communication skills. He is always willing to interact with customers or clients to help them solve their problems or propose useful suggestions to them. In the future his goal is to become a senior developer who can lead a team.

Umaya has engaged in ‘The Big Idea’ project carried out by Australian The Big Issue magazine which required teams to present a business solution to end homelessness in Melbourne. She has demonstrated strong project experience through weekly presentations, preparing external and internal environment analysis, financial reports and sales forecasts as part of her project. Her part time work as an interpreter and a crew member at McDonald’s has strengthened her communication and customer service skills. She has had work experience dealing with clients, communicating with managers and colleagues, time management, multi-tasking and prioritising work. The combination of all these skills along with her positive attitude makes her an ideal candidate for a placement opportunity. She would welcome every opportunity to take on challenges at the workplace, with the possibility to progress her career to a senior accountant position.

Brian’s previous work experience at the SpanThai Restaurant allowed him to enhance excellent organisational and leadership skills while managing a team of 10 in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, Brain gained excellent customer service and event management experience when serving high volumes of customers at the 2014 Royal Easter Show in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne and Night Noodle Market Festival.
