Professional Year Operations Team

Casual Business Skills Trainer/ Assessors (Melbourne & Adelaide)
In this role, you will deliver the learning materials of our Professional Year Program while creating engaging and memorable learning experiences for our international students. To be successful in this role, you must possess a relevant tertiary qualification, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE 40110/TAE40116) and have relevant professional business experience gained in Australian workplaces. Possessing a recognised TESOL qualification or teaching experience in ESL would be an advantage. Casual positions are available on our Melbourne and Adelaide campuses.


Placements and Corporate Partnerships Teams

Team Leader Business Development (Melbourne)
In this role you will be responsible for developing new host company relationships and maintaining existing ones to generate new roles in one or more locations. You will work closely with the corporate partnerships team and the National WIL Manager to ensure operational excellence and source opportunities within new markets and industries. You will have a proven track record of growing/building pipeline through generation of leads, experience with process and policy creation and improvement, and can demonstrate success within a sales-related, recruitment, sourcing and account management capacity. This role is full-time based in Melbourne.

Placements Team Leader (Sydney)
In this role you will manage, lead, support and develop the Placements Team in Sydney. You will ensure the team meets its objective of placing our students into Work Integrated Learning Programs on time and in-line with their individual career goals and abilities. You will support the National WIL Manager and contribute to placement strategic planning activities, allocate targets and drive development of embed processes, policies and systems towards streamlining and enhancing program delivery. Additionally, you will work with the Corporate Partnerships Team Leader to analyse progress and allocate renewals of host companies. To be successful in this role you have strong experience in recruitment, demonstrated account management success, proven experience in managing people and well developed coaching, analytical, organisation and communication skills. This role is full time based in Sydney.

Placement Consultant (Melbourne & Sydney)
In this role you will place students in work integrated learning opportunities on time every time by acting as a mentor for them, assisting with their resume and providing interview guidance. To be successful in this role you need to have strong interpersonal communication and people coaching skills, a successful record in a recruitment environment, be responsive and solutions focused, and demonstrated empathy towards others. There are two full time roles based in Melbourne and Sydney.

Administrator (Sydney)
The Administrator will report to the Placements Team Leader and be responsible for booking students in for meetings and interviews with placement consultants and host companies. You will support the placements team and ensure all documentation is received and stored correctly in our system. To be successful in this role, you will have database management experience and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software (Excel and Outlook). Experience in an academic support role will be looked upon favourably. This is a full-time role based in Sydney.


Sales & Marketing Team

Sales Administrator - 6 month contract (Melbourne)

In this role, you will provide administratve and processing support to the sales team at all levels of the sales cycle. You will liase with key stakeholders, managing various projects and running regular data analysis to ensure a smooth process. This opportunity is a 6 month contract role based in Melbourne.


Finance Team

Payroll Administrator - Part time (Sydney)
In this role you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of fortnightly payroll for our casual, fixed term and permanent team members accross our Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth offices. You will have previous experience in a similar position with knowledge of current legislation as it pertains to payroll. This part-time role based in Sydney will consist of a 4 day fornight where the successful candidate will work Monday to Wednesday on the payroll week and the forth day on the alternate week to be agreed upon.
