1. Scope
These terms apply to all marketing promotions, giveaways, discounts, competitions, and seasonal offers run by Performance Education (PE). Individual promotions may include additional rules which appear under the heading “Promotional Additions”.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Promotions apply only to new enrolments in the Professional Year Program unless otherwise stated.
2.2 PE staff, migration agents, education agents, and third parties are not eligible unless explicitly stated.
2.3 Promotions cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless specified.

3. Promotional Periods
3.1 Each promotion has a defined start and end date.
3.2 Offers cannot be claimed before the start date or after the expiry date.
3.3 PE may extend or end a promotional period at its discretion.

4. General Conditions
4.1 Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated.
4.2 Only one promotion can be applied per enrolment unless explicitly approved.
4.3 All enrolments must meet PE’s standard entry and payment criteria.
4.4 PE reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.
4.5 Any incorrect or misleading information provided by an applicant may void eligibility.

5. Prize Draws
5.1 Prize draws are conducted by PE at the end of the promotional period.
5.2 Winners are selected through a random method.
5.3 Winners will be contacted via the details provided at enrolment.
5.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, PE may conduct a redraw.
5.5 Prizes are issued after the student has met the minimum payment requirement stated in the promotional rules.

6. Tuition Discounts and Credits
6.1 Discounts apply to tuition fees only unless stated.
6.2 Discounts are applied at the point specified in the promotion, such as at first invoice or final invoice.
6.3 If a student withdraws, discounts become void unless required by law.

7. Privacy
Personal information collected for promotional purposes will be handled in accordance with PE’s Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

February 2026 Enrolment Bonus

• This promotion is available to students who enrol in the Performance Education Professional Year program for the February 2026 intake, including enrolments made directly via the Performance Education website or through authorised education agents.
• The promotion is valid for confirmed enrolments between 27 January 2026 and 10 February 2026, inclusive.
• Eligible students will receive one promotional item per confirmed enrolment, being either Apple AirPods or Samsung Galaxy Buds, as determined by Performance Education.
• The promotional item will be issued only after the student has completed the second fee payment in full by the agreed due date and any applicable cooling off period has passed.
• Students whose second fee payment is delayed, missed, reversed, or fails for any reason (including failed card payments) will not be eligible for the promotional item.
• All eligible promotional items will be distributed in April 2026, including where fees are paid in full earlier.
• The promotional item is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not exchangeable.
• Performance Education reserves the right to substitute the promotional item with an item of equal value if required.
• Performance Education reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion in accordance with applicable laws.

^January 2026 Direct Enrolment Bonus

• This promotion is available to students who enrol directly via the Performance Education website for the January 2026 intake.

• The promotion is valid for confirmed enrolments between 7 January 2026 and 23 January 2026, inclusive.

• Eligible students will receive one promotional incentive per confirmed enrolment, being either Apple AirPods or Samsung Galaxy Buds, as determined by Performance Education.

• The promotional incentive will be issued only after the student has completed the second fee payment in full by the agreed due date and any applicable cooling off period has passed.

• Students whose second fee payment is delayed, missed, reversed, or fails for any reason (including failed card payments) will not be eligible for the promotional incentive.

• All eligible promotional items will be distributed in March 2026, including where fees are paid in full earlier

Enrolment Giveaway Promotion (iPad Draw)

• Valid for December enrolments only completed on or before 15 December 2025.
• Clients who complete their enrolment on or before 15 December 2025 and have paid their first tuition instalment will be entered into the draw to win an iPad valued at AU$600. One winner will be selected per campus.
• Promotion is available to Direct and Agent supported enrolments.
• The draw will be conducted by Performance Education and winners will be notified by email or phone.
• To receive the prize, the winner must be a current student and must have paid their second tuition instalment in full at the time the prize is awarded.
• If the advertised model becomes unavailable, Performance Education may supply an equivalent item of similar value.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days from the draw date, Performance Education may redraw the prize.
• Promotion valid in conjunction with “Bring a Friend Duo”

Bring a Friend Duo Offer

• Valid for dual enrolments for the December intake only completed on or before 15 December 2025.
• The two students who enrol on or before 15 December 2025 will each receive AU$300 once both students have paid their second tuition instalments in full.
• This offer applies only to Direct enrolments.
• Both students must enrol at the same time and select the same commencement period.
• If either student withdraws or does not commence, the reward for both students becomes void.
• Only one promotional benefit can be applied to an enrolment unless explicitly approved by Performance Education.
