1. Definitions

1.1 Referrer means a current student or graduate of Performance Education (PE) who submits a valid referral.

1.2 Referred Student means an individual who has not previously enrolled with PE.

1.3 Eligible Referral means a referral that meets all criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The program is open to current students and graduates of PE only.

2.2 Staff, agents, or third parties are not eligible to participate.

2.3 The Referrer must be up to date with their own tuition payments to PE at the time the referral payment is due.

2.4 The Referred must be an acquaintance or friend of the Referrer.

3. Referral Submission

3.1 Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form provided by PE. Informal, verbal, or email referrals are not valid.

3.2 The referral must be submitted before the Referred Student’s enrolment. Submissions made after a student has already enrolled will not be considered valid.

3.3 Only the first valid submission will be accepted in the case of duplicate referrals.

4. Exclusions

4.1 Referrals for individuals who are already enrolled with PE are not valid.

4.2 Referrals made via agents, migration consultants, or third-party promotions are not valid.

4.3 Self-referrals are not permitted.

5. Incentive and Payment

5.1 The referral reward is $300 per Eligible Referral.

5.2 Payment will only be made if:

(a) The Referred Student has enrolled directly in the Professional Year program;

(b) The Referred Student has paid their second instalment of tuition fees; and

(c) The Referrer is not in default on their own tuition payments.

5.3 Payments are processed via bank transfer within 30 days of eligibility being confirmed.

5.4 PE is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect or incomplete bank details provided by the Referrer.

6. Program Validity

6.1 The Referral Program is valid until withdrawn or amended by PE.

6.2 PE reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Referrals submitted prior to such changes will be honoured if they meet the conditions in place at the time of submission.

7. Privacy

7.1 By submitting a referral, both the Referrer and Referred Student consent to their personal information being collected and used by PE for the purposes of administering the program and enrolment process.

8. General

8.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

8.2 PE’s decision on all matters relating to the Referral Program is final and binding.

8.3 No correspondence will be entered into regarding ineligible or disqualified referrals.

8.4 Students are not permitted to post, advertise, or promote the Professional Year Program on any online marketplace, public forum, or third-party website where the content may be viewed by people outside their personal network. Promotion may only occur through the student’s own personal social media accounts and must be limited to their direct connections.

Promotional Additions – December 2025 Holiday Referral Reward

C1. For referrals submitted and enrolled on or before 18 December 2025, the Referrer and the Referred Student will each receive 300 dollars.

C2. The reward is issued only after the Referred Student has paid their second tuition instalment in full and is a current student at the time the payment is made.

C3. All standard Referral Program Terms and Conditions apply unless varied by this section.

C4. The Referred Student must enrol directly and not through an education or migration agent.

C5. This promotional reward replaces the standard referral amount for eligible referrals during the promotional period.
